I am a fun loving, happy and vibrant teenage boy who is intelligent and sociable.
I have complex health needs which mean I need support 24 hours per day with 2 Healthcare assistant s. My health needs include Epilepsy, PEG feed, tracheostomy, regular suctioning and physiotherapy.
I am reliant on my team for all transfers using the equipment provided.
