Personal Assistant Pa / Secretary

Provide a high-quality Executive PA service and exemplary client careTake a proactive approach to work carried out on behalf of the Partner and the team and take responsibility for resolving any issues that may arisePrepare and format documents, to include Letters of Engagement, reports and various other correspondence as requiredAnticipate and balance the needs of the Partner, keeping one step aheadSchedule appointments, arrange meetings and organise travel plans including itineraries and logistics - complex management of diariesComprehensive and pro-active email managementConfidently provide support to enable Partners to fulfil their own roles, always maintaining confidentialitySupport the Partner to help them make the best use of their timeAssist with time recording as requiredUndertake copy and audio dictation, accurately first timeAct as the point of liaison between the Partner and the team to keep them appraised of work status, and ensure that client meetings are well prepared for in advanceAct as the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholdersAttend appropriate executive meetings, take minutes, and ensure all actions are followed up by the relevant partiesMaintain accurate documents and records using our document management systemUndertake administration for certain clients as requiredTake an active role in project work if/when the work demandsUndertake any other reasonable duties as they ariseTo be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following background / experience:Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant / PA at Board level, ideally from a legal firmExcellent knowledge of MS Office applicationsHigh level of accuracy with great attention to detailOutstanding organisational and diary management skillsAbility to plan, organise whilst supporting othersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFirst class internal and external client care skills, offering confidence, professionalism and positivityProactive approach to problem solvingBenefitsThis position is a full time, working Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
