Personal Assistant / Legal Assistant

Legal PA - Manchester City Centre - Up to £29,000 salary
A national firm with a global reach is seeking to appoint a Legal PA for their Manchester City Centre office.

The successful candidate should be a proactive business professional with a history of supporting leaders within demanding commercial environments they should also be confident in developing, implementing, and communicating processes and objectives.

The ideal candidate should have experience in either the legal or professional services field in return the firm offers a robust and collaborative culture with the opportunity for long-term career growth.

Being the first point of contact for the department fielding both internal and external queries
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
Arranging domestic and international travel including arranging visas.
Reviewing monthly expense claims for all staff/directors in the business to ensure adherence to company policy
Completing claims on behalf of the Partners
Planning and budget control of events, including corporate hospitality, offsite events/team away days
Coordinating financial management - ensuring bills are produced promptly.
