Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and serving as a key point of contact between executives, clients, and stakeholders.
This role requires a candidate with strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior leaders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient and well-maintained workplace.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to manage office supplies and facilities.
Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Screen calls, emails, and other inquiries, responding on behalf of executives where appropriate.
Facilitate effective communication between departments and external partners.
Project Assistance: Support the planning and execution of events, presentations, and special projects.
Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making processes.
