Personal Assistant (PA) – Management Consultancy Location: Mayfair, London
Position: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
About the Role: We are seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a dynamic and fast-paced Management Consultancy based in the heart of Mayfair.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA with at least 2 years of experience to work closely with senior professionals, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing high-quality administrative and organisational support.

Key Responsibilities: Diary Management: Organising and managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior consultants.
Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Document Preparation: Drafting, proofreading, and formatting reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and client events.
Office Support: Maintaining office supplies, filing systems, and ensuring the workplace operates efficiently.
Confidentiality: Managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Supporting other administrative and operational needs as required by the team.
Key Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a professional services or consultancy environment.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters.
Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
