PA and Project Coordinator – Property South West London Up to £35,000 My client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised PA and Project Coordinator to support their busy Lettings Compliance Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to three Directors while managing and organising projects across the Lettings Compliance and Customer Services teams.
You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and seamless collaboration within the Lettings division.

PA and Project Coordinator key duties: Minutes and Actions: Record and distribute minutes and action points for various meetings
Presentation Support: Create and edit slide content for internal and external presentations
Inbox Management: Organise, draft, and send emails on behalf of Directors; maintain well-structured inboxes
Diary Management: Schedule meetings, events, and manage meeting rooms and catering arrangements
Planning and Prioritsation: Conduct regular catch-up calls with Directors to plan the week, prioritise tasks, and prepare for upcoming meetings
Team Meetings: Attend and organise meetings, provide updates, and relay information to Directors
Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the Lettings Customer Service and Compliance teams, including processing invoices and coordinating team leave
Report Creation: Produce quarterly compliance reports and review business plans
Document Management: Keep lettings templates, guides, and letter templates updated in Smartsheet
PA and Project Coordinator key duties: Proven experience in PA or Project Coordinator position
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Zoom, and Smartsheet
Previous experience in the Lettings or Property industry is advantageous
Proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs and improve processes
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
