As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations, providing first-rate administrative support, and helping to drive efficiencies within the department.

Key Responsibilities: Diary Management : Coordinate and manage the Director's schedule, ensuring efficient time management and preparation for key meetings and deadlines.
Meeting Coordination : Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points to ensure accountability.
Communication : Act as the first point of contact for the Director, managing emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Travel Arrangements : Organize and book travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required for the Director's business commitments.
Project Support : Assist with administrative tasks for ongoing projects, including documentation and tracking of key milestones.
Document Preparation : Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documentation for the Director as required.
Office Support : Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, including office supplies management and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements: Experience : Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within a corporate or operations environment.
Organizational Skills : Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic setting.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency : Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Problem Solving : Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve challenges with minimal supervision.
