Personal Assistant (PA) - 3 Month FTC Longbridge, Birmingham – B31 2TS Competitive Salary + Benefits St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team based in Longbridge, Birmingham.
The PA will work closely with our Senior Management Team, ensuring the smooth running of all activities in the office.
The role is for an immediate start, and offered on an initial fixed-term contract until the end of February 2025 RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide office, administrative and guest relations support to the St. Modwen Homes Office Support members of our Senior Management Team by offering a full PA service including booking travel, diary management, being first point of contact for internal & external enquiries and more Support the production of confidential documents and reports and maintaining relevant databases Assist with documentation supporting the raising of purchase orders & payments of invoices REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in a PA role to Directors and Senior Management Teams High degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality Excellent communication and organisational skills Able to start immediately WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive basic salary Bonus scheme up to 10% of salary (pro rata) 25 days bank holiday + Christmas shutdown (pro rata) Potential for the role to go permanent
