Who are they looking for?
Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO of their dynamic and fast-paced agency.
Ideally with between one and two years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar, you will be the CEO's right hand, handling a range of administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You will interact with clients, celebrities, executives, and other stakeholders, requiring discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
What you will be working on?
- Responsibilities Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, conference calls, and events.
