Personal Assistant / Carer

Job Description An Urdu, Mirpuri or Punjabi speaking PA is required to assist with various activities, enabling the employer to maintain an independent and fulfilling life that meets their chosen lifestyle.
Job Purpose & work Duties: Domestic tasks e.g.
laundry, housework and meal preparation.
Shopping Outdoor walking/exercise Taking me to appointments Assisting with leisure activities Supporting with: • Mobility, ensuring the employers safety • Personal care • Undertaking activities for employer • Ensuring employers home is clean, hygienic, and safe Other requirements • Working in a safe way and highlighting health and safety concerns • Experience of supporting people with Dementia is essential • Assisting with management of employer's health risks • Establish and maintain effective communication • Maintaining confidentiality Location • Within the employer's home.
(Dudley and within the local community of DY2) Hours and rate of pay (16 hours per week) hours per week £11.44 per hour Requirements • Experience of providing care • Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred • Locally based • Consistency • Motivated • Organised • Driver • Good sense of humour • Patience • Ability to understand and deliver the needs of the employer • Ability to undertake domestic activities • Flexible, reliable, and honest • Good general fitness • An enhanced DBS check will be required • 'Please note that this advert has been placed on behalf of one of our customers.
