Personal Assistant – Creative Advertising Agency 3–6-month contract (with possibility of extending) Immediate start Central London (3 days in-office) 35K An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented PA to join an award-winning, creative agency on a 3-6 month FTC with a view to extending.
Based in stunning offices and working as part of a tight-knit team of PA's, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an inclusive, creative network.
Key Responsibilities Diary & Meeting Management: Coordinate schedules, prioritise meetings, and ensure all logistics (room bookings, catering, etc.)
are in place.
Travel Coordination: Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, while handling any last-minute changes.
Secretarial Support: Manage emails, phone calls, correspondence, and prepare documents for meetings.
Oversee expenses, timesheets, and follow up on invoices.
General Administration: Provide ad-hoc support for projects, research, and presentations.
Build strong working relationships internally and with clients.
Skills & Experience 2-4 years' experience as a PA or in a similar secretarial role.
Organised & Proactive: You manage multiple priorities with ease and anticipate needs before they arise.
Collaborative & Flexible: You work well with others and adjust to changes quickly.
Discreet & Professional: You handle confidential matters with care and professionalism.
Confident and outgoing with a positive attitude Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
