Are you a skilled and compassionate veterinarian looking for a fulfilling part-time role?Our client, a renowned mobile vet surgeon in South West London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consult-Only Vet to join their passionate team.If you are committed to delivering exceptional veterinary care and are looking for a flexible work arrangement, this opportunity is perfect for you!Hours: This position offers a rewarding work-life balance, with a three-day work week, 9-5.30 with no weekends or OOH.
Duties: As a Part-Time Consult-Only Vet, you will play a crucial role in their mobile vet surgeon team. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on providing expert consultations and medical advice to clients. You will work alongside their skilled team to ensure that pets receive the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough consultations with pet owners to diagnose medical conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.Offer expert advice on preventative healthcare measures, nutrition, and overall well-being of pets.Collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure seamless patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using their state-of-the-art digital systems.Uphold their commitment to providing compassionate and exceptional care to every animal they encounter.Requirements: A qualified veterinarian with relevant certifications and licenses to practice in the UK.Proven experience in small animal practice and expertise in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner to clients.Empathetic and caring approach towards animals and their owners.Flexibility to work three days a week, with the potential for occasional adjustments based on the needs of the clients.Package: Opportunity to work with a reputable and caring mobile veterinary practice.Supportive and friendly team environment.Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.Contribution to the health and well-being of pets in South West London.Ref: JN -082023-29416
