Permanent Cfo – Pe Backed Multi-Site Business

Role: Permanent CFO – PE backed multi-site business Salary: £250k base bonus equity Location: Midlands AB7444 The opportunity: Finatal is currently partnered with a reputable Mid-Market Private Equity in the search to find a CFO to join a growth driven multi-site provider, with presence of sites all across the UK.
The business is heavily focussed on a go-to-market strategy and will involve partnering up with an energetic and credible CEO to set KPIs and drive the business on its next phase of growth toward an eventual exit point in near future, c. 12-18 months.
The incoming CFO will need to be commercially driven and outward facing to lead on the exit from the forefront, alongside leading a strong finance function.
