Job summary This role is for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) who will lead, support, and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across multiple care homes.
The Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to ensure the highest clinical standards are maintained and improved.
Main duties of the job As a Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll be responsible for reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each care home monthly, analyzing the results, and identifying practical strategies to ensure all regulations are met and care is continuously improved.
You'll support the continual improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues that arise, whether organizing new training, attracting senior clinical staff, or delivering clinical investigations.
