Metroline Manchester, a key operator within the Bee Network under TfGM are looking for a dedicated and proactive Mobile Route Performance Supervisor to join the team.
This role is crucial in maintaining punctuality, quality, and customer satisfaction across key locations and interchanges within the Bee Network.
The role involves working across various locations within Greater Manchester, including outdoor environments.
Supervise and evaluate bus routes for punctuality, adherence to schedules, and overall service reliability.
Conduct on-site inspections at various interchanges and key locations within the Bee Network.
Assess the condition and cleanliness of buses to ensure they meet TfGM and Bee Network standards.
Evaluate driver performance, including adherence to safety protocols, customer service quality, and driving behaviour.
Collect and report data on route performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.

Previous experience in a supervisory or monitoring role within the public transport sector.
Experience in public transport operations, with a focus on bus services.
Strong understanding of Greater Manchester's transport network and geography, including the Bee Network.
Proficiency in using digital tools and software for reporting and communication.
Full time 38 hours per week – permanent contract
