We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of their paid search and social channels, driving growth through strategic campaign execution.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a brand that's on the rise, with a flexible working model that includes 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely.
The Role: In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search and social media campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
You will work with a hands-on approach to deliver high ROI, manage large monthly budgets, and collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer acquisition for their DTC brands.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth for their DTC products.
Oversee daily campaign management to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
Manage six-figure monthly budgets across multiple channels, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to maximise campaign performance.
Work closely with the creative team to develop ad assets that are on-brand and resonate with the target audience.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, sharing insights with key stakeholders to inform strategy.
Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends to continuously refine performance marketing efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and product, to ensure alignment and maximise the impact of paid marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience managing and optimising paid search and social campaigns, ideally with a DTC focus.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid platforms.
Experience managing large six-figure monthly budgets with a focus on ROI and growth.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency with tools such as Shopify, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Experience in the eCommerce or DTC space is highly desirable.
Organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
