The RoleAs part of the adidas Emerging Markets hub team based in London, you will focus on delivering Performance Media best practice, governance and data-based decision making, across multiple channels and in 28 markets in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will help to drive the strategic vision for Performance Media and facilitate effective cross channel solutions to grow the adidas business, drive sales, and meet all business objectives.
Your core focus will be on continual improvements to business performance, demonstrating a deep understanding of eCommerce and performance media levers, both from a strategic and an activation perspective.

Strong knowledge of search, social & programmatic including good understanding of platform best practices and e-commerce more broadly.Good analytical skills to be able to guide your team / cluster teams in analysing performance data sets to find identify opportunities.Strong communication skills, ability to clearly and concisely articulate performance trends and the driving factors behind them.Strong tech literacy; ability to understand ad-tech and implications of changes in the eco system or capabilities of different technology. Good working knowledge of measurement techniques like incrementality highly important.Well-organized & structure driven; the EM hub is complex and connects into many clusters of markets. Delivering in this role requires management and tracking of multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously so strong organizational skills are a must.Proactive change maker; our clients want a true partner who will not only push the agenda but is happy to challenge them to drive toward a better solution.
