Join Our Team as a Performance Delivery Unit Administrator at HMP Peterborough!Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting operational efficiency?
HMP Peterborough is seeking a Performance Delivery Unit Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of performance goals within the prison.
In this essential role, you will assist in tracking, analysing, and reporting on performance metrics, helping to drive improvements across various functions.If you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment while contributing to the smooth running of the prison, we want to hear from you!Experience and knowledge:Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up-to-date and securely stored.Assist in producing management information and reports, identifying trends and patterns to support operational efficiency.Oversee filing systems to ensure compliance with prison service orders and instructions.Provide comprehensive administrative support, enabling the smooth and cost-effective running of the function.Collaborate with colleagues across the prison to ensure safety and operational effectiveness.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.Take on additional duties as needed to support the wider team and ensure flexibility within the role.Requirements: Previous experience in a similar administrative role.Proficiency with IT systems and applications.Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.Strong organizational and planning skills.Health, social welfare, or voluntary sector experience is desirable but not essential.Knowledge of the English legal system is desirable but not essential.
