Role Summary The PerformanceBased Marketing Manager will be responsible for spearheading marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition engagement and retention.
By leveraging datadriven approaches and a deep understanding of the EdTech sector the manager will create highimpact campaigns that resonate with students parents and educators alike.
This role offers a chance to be at the forefront of shaping marketing efforts for a leading platform in 11 exam preparation and mastery programs ensuring the client remains competitive and relevant in a fastpaced market.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive performancedriven marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences competitor strategies and emerging trends in the EdTech domain.
Oversee multichannel campaigns encompassing digital advertising social media SEO/SEM and email marketing to generate leads and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise tactics based on analytic insights to ensure exceptional ROI.
Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Regularly report on campaign metrics to stakeholders highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
Champion innovative marketing techniques and stay abreast of new trends to drive continued growth in a competitive landscape.
Essential Proven experience in performancebased marketing management ideally within the EdTech industry or related sectors.
Demonstrated success in devising and executing datadriven marketing strategies with a focus on customer acquisition.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and refining campaign performance.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media SEO/SEM email campaigns and content marketing.
Exceptional communication skills to convey campaign results effectively to various stakeholders.
Desirable Experience working within a highpaced and competitive EdTech environment.
Familiarity with marketing to parents and educators specifically regarding exam preparation and mastery programmes.
Background in utilising growth hacking techniques and optimisation tools for enhanced marketing efficacy.
