Job Title: People Systems Manager (Sage People) Salary: £55-65,000pa Location: United Kingdom, Remote JGA are partnered with an exciting business seeking a new People Systems Manager to join their team.
For this role, it is essential you have 2+ years of Sage People experience.
Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end management of Sage People, ensuring data accuracy, security and integrity.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
Lead on implementation of new modules and features.
Designing and generating HR reports and dashboards.
Streamlining HR processes by identifying process improvement opportunities.
Collaborating with HRIS vendor.
Skills required: 2+ years of Sage People experience.
Ideally 5+ years in HR Systems.
Experience across HRIS management and reporting.
Demonstrable experience on process improvement initiatives.
