Benefits As a Class 1 Driver you will receive the following benefits: • Excellent Hourly Rates • Ongoing Work • Weekly Pay • Onsite Canteen • Training Provided • Immediate Starts • Opportunity to work as many or as little shift as suit - this could be 1 day a week or full time Rates of Pay: • Basic: £, £ Monday - Friday • Saturday : £, £ • Sunday : £, £ Day to Day Duties Your duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not be limited to: • Trunking, tanker or store delivery work • Operate and drive various Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections • Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers • Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management • Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed Essential Skills As a Class 1 Driver you will need to: • Hold a valid UK Category CE Licence • Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving CE vehicles • No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes • Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card • Must be able to speak and read a good level of English • Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills • Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations • Effective communication skills Desirable Experience • Experience driving tankers or curtain siders • Experience in cage deliveries would be beneficial Training Driver's Assessment will have to be completed After successful Assessment, there will be a 3 days paid induction Apply Apply today by clicking below or calling JBRP1_UKTJ
