Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential care and support to individuals with complex needs, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and social interaction.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals, applying Advanced CPI techniques to manage challenging behaviours.
Support individuals in maintaining independence and dignity in their daily lives.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and follow care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Essential Requirements:
Advanced CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Training only candidates with this certification will be considered.
Previous experience working as a Support Worker in a healthcare or care setting.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
