We are delighted to partner with Lancashire County Council to recruit their People Policy Lead.

The Role: People Policy Lead This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to join a progressive organisation.
Reporting to the Head of People Strategy, the People Policy Lead will play an essential role in shaping the future of Lancashire County Council through the development and implementation of forward-thinking people policies aligned to strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of people policy development, from conception to implementation, engaging with stakeholders to ensure policies are clearly communicated and effective.
Collaborate across the People Services function to ensure seamless integration of policy initiatives.
Undertake comprehensive reviews and development of people policies with a focus on impactful outcomes.
Provide advisory support to senior leaders, identifying opportunities and challenges in policy development and implementation.
Use data and insights to inform and validate policy initiatives effectively.
Qualifications and Experience: To be considered, candidates should ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards this certification, with a proven background as an HR generalist and a passion for people policies.
Experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders is highly desirable.
