People Partner (Operations) PermanentSouth ManchesterHybrid workingUp to £50k per annumOakleaf Partnership North are seeking a People Partner to join their Didsbury based client's team in a new role, reporting directly into the Head of HR. This position plays a vital role in streamlining processes whilst supporting and upskilling managers within the organisation to drive business outcomes.
As the People Partner in this growing organisation, you will work with the Head of HR to translate the organisation's strategy into operational goals, objectives, and a roadmap to track success. Utilising data to spot trends, areas of improvement, and focus, you will develop and implement robust solutions as the organisation continues to grow.
Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following:
