Reporting to the People Director, this role will partner with schools and departments to drive and implement localised People Plans that align with our People Strategy and the University's goals. You will be able to immerse yourself into senior leadership teams, build strong relationships and influence, challenge and support the delivery of people activities as well as contribute to the People Functions core priorities and objectives.
Working with all colleagues across our great collaborative team, you will lead and support on activity connected to Talent Development, Engagement, Wellbeing, EDI and Industrial/employee relations. You will be responsible for ensuring that as a team we are delivering a high level of customer service to our employees which has a positive impact on the student experience.
