About This Job As a People Operations Partner, you will be responsible for supporting employees and managers across multiple countries by handling cases escalated by the HR Service Delivery Team.
You will offer expertise in multi-country policies and general HR knowledge to educate and assist leaders, managers, and associates on various People-related topics.
People Operations Specialists support all customer groups and facilitate the management of life cycle events, resolve employee relations issues, and provide guidance and support to leaders on HR matters and policies.

Key Activities for this role: Providing managers and employees with legally compliant, reliable advice and guidance on a wide range of case management issues.
Overseeing all aspects of employee relations case management, including underperformance, disciplinary matters, cross-border challenges, grievances, and sickness absence.
Leading a diverse portfolio of business change projects and in-country initiatives, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure successful implementation.
Supporting HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence in executing cyclical HR processes, such as talent management and rewards programs.
Essential Knowledge & Experience: Significant experience in providing legally compliant advice on case management matters.
Proven ability to manage employee relations issues, including performance and disciplinary cases.
A strong track record of overseeing business change projects in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
Extensive experience in supporting HR processes, including talent management and rewards.
Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications: Experience in managing high risk employment-related cases from intake to investigation to resolution.
Educations/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Additional Information: Type of role full-time permanent.
Location UK office (Addlestone).
This position follows our hybrid working model.
The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per month in our UK office.
Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
