People Manager, Part of the Billings team - Southampton, Hybrid, £30,000 (dependent on experience) - Renewables and Sustainability Right to work in the UK is essential for this position About the Company :

Position Overview :
They are looking for an experienced People Manager to help cultivate a high-performance, collaborative culture.
The ideal candidate will manage talent development, drive employee engagement, and support organizational growth.

This role will ensure the delivery of an accurate and timely validation service of bills and invoices on behalf of our customers through the effective leadership of a team of Bill Validation Analysts.

Key Responsibilities :
Ensures the delivery of the day-to-day support of the bill validation team, Provide coaching and support to managers and employees, fostering professional growth.
Advise senior leadership on employee relations and organizational health.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction and productivity.
Plans and allocates the workload of the bill validation analysts through the effective monitoring and review of bill validation data and metrics Oversee performance management processes and development programs.
Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.
Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and performance issues effectively.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in people management, ideally in consultancy, renewable energy, or sustainability sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in performance management, employee development, and engagement.
Knowledge of employment law and best people practices.
Passion for sustainability and understanding of its role in people management.
