People Manager HR Manager Burton on Trent Hybrid Distribution Client Details PageGroup are delighted to support with the appointment of a People Manager for a large, successful distribution business based in Burton on Trent.
This role offers hybrid working of 4 days office and 1 day home per week.
Description The role of People Manager is a fast-paced and varied role, you will oversee a small HR team providing all generalist HR support for a large headcount at a busy distribution site.
This will include but not limited to: Leading and motivating the Human Resources team Developing effective HR strategies and initiatives Guide and advice stakeholders on all HR matters Overseeing the management of employee relations Implementing training and development plans Managing recruitment processes Evaluating performance and productivityProfile Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Manager position.
Job Offer Up to £50000 Hybrid working - 4 days onsite and 1 home per week
