Job summary An opportunity to join the People Engagement Team and support the People Experience Manager, and the People Engagement Leads by providing high quality administrative and organisation support on a range of people experience and engagement initiatives and workstreams.
Main duties will be to provide administrative support to the Corporate Induction and Appraisal programmes for all who join and work at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust .
This role will be based at Eastbourne DGH with some cross site cover needed when necessary to cover leave.
This will be known in advance.

Main duties of the job To provide administrative support to the Corporate Induction and Appraisal programmes.
The postholder will have contact with a wide variety of individuals of differing bands and staff groups and therefore tact, diplomacy and sensitivity are essential pre-requisites for this post.
The postholder will work as part of the wider administrative team but also work independently, managing their workload and regularly prioritising and planning their workload to meet service need and demands of the role.
