As a People & Culture (P&C) Partner , you'll play a vital role in supporting our Solihull office, combining HR expertise with operational excellence to create an engaging, high-performing workplace.
Reporting to the Global Head of People & Culture, who is based in France you will work as part of a small, friendly, dedicated global team.
What You'll Be Doing: In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for a blend of strategic HR initiatives and office management.
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organisational design, performance management and remuneration.
Act as the primary contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Partner with managers to design and implement strategies for skill development, employee engagement, and retention.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Participate in the development of HR programs, both locally and globally.
Maintain health and safety records and ensure the workplace environment supports employee well-being and productivity.
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring it runs efficiently.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for the office space.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking an experienced, proactive HR professional with a passion for creating positive workplace environments and fostering employee growth.
Proven HR generalist experience at a Business Partner level.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with facilities management, including health and safety compliance.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
