We are currently recruiting for a Manager at Watford FC.
Location: Watford FC Rate of pay: Up to £37,000 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days Key responsibilities Lead the recruitment process to attract, hire, and onboard suitable candidates for various roles within the stadium, ensuring alignment with the club's staffing needs, culture, and values Develop and implement initiatives to enhance staff engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being, creating a positive and inclusive work environment across all departments Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to upskill employees, ensuring they are equipped to meet operational demands, improve performance, and develop their careers within the organisation Manage workforce scheduling, staffing levels, and shift patterns to optimize operational efficiency during matchdays and events, ensuring adequate coverage and minimising costs Requirements: Previous expereince in a similar role is essential What's in it for you?
