About the role About the role Contributing towards the People Operations team objectives and KPI's and support the organisation and the employee lifecycle. This role will also have a key focus on supporting and collaborating with the People Coordinators, Advisors and Business Partners with varied administrative tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, including contractual documentation, maintenance of the HR system, onboarding and offboarding, data processing with the opportunity to learn from a HR team within a fast-paced and growing business.
What will you bring? Excellent attention to detail, highly accurate and diligent. Eagerness to learn. Ability to work confidentially with discretion, sensitivity and empathy whilst always maintaining a professional approach. Self-motivated and driven to pursue queries through to their conclusion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Organised and efficient, with strong time management abilities. Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire for self-learning and improvement. Confident in building and maintaining relationships, both over the phone and face-to-face. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience in administration-based role required. Experience in previous HR role desirable. Competent in using Microsoft Office 365 suite alongside ability to learn and use in-house HR systems competently. HR certification i.e. CIPD Level 3 desirable. What can we offer you?
