Here's the exciting bit...a day includes working as part of the Customer and People team, you will support the whole department across your apprenticeship giving you more opportunity to expand your knowledge of the world of people.
You will work 37.5 hours a week, Mon- Fri, on a 13-month contract, earning £20,000 per annum.
A typical day in this role includes: • Supporting with recruitment administration • Screening CV's and conducting telephone interviews • Responding to candidate queries • Creating social media content & reporting on social media statistics • Printing and sending out recognition awards for retail and head office • Reporting for People Development - Updating and maintaining the ER trackers, people files and people databases - Taking calls from stores and re-directing and escalating them where necessary - Basic note taking in less complex issues - Ensuring stores have all their onboarding/right to work documents in place - Sending standard correspondence to employees and stores where required - Absence report, comms to HO, People Edit slides, signing in sheets, chasing outstanding training for HO - Organising post premises licence renewals, organising personal license holder courses and processing licences This is unique opportunity is perfect for someone who has a passion for HR and wants to learn all aspects of the department and widen their knowledge whilst having fun in a very welcoming department.
You will work through a programme of learning with the support of an Assessor and your Manager over a 13- month period, all done on site, so no college days!
At the end of your training period you will complete a discussion around your experiences, a multiple -choice test and an observation within your role.

• - You have not completed a business admin apprenticeship before.
• - You are not currently at school, college or university.
• - You have an interest in Human Resources.
