About the role:This is a new role within our People and Performance EU & UK team, based on part time hours (19 hours, ideally Mon-Fri) .
The successful candidate will provide administrative supporting all people activities to our extended EU and UK colleagues.
Who we're looking for:You'll have a HR or business administration qualification and experience working within a business environment.
You have excellent English communication skills, both in written and verbal.
Previous experience of working within a HR team, managing recruitment and managing onboarding documentation would be preferred.
You are quick to learn new skills, your knowledge of Excel will be good and your attention to detail superb.
We like to be organised and want you to naturally show that in your approach to managing your workload and be comfortable with working to strict deadlines.
It's a great team so your teamworking and communication skills will be good, as this role will also involve contact across multiple business units, you'll need to be flexible and adapt to local requirements, whilst respecting cultural differences.
