This permanent part-time position involves working 50 hours per fortnight and offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our workforce.
As a People and Culture Partner, you will play a key role in supporting managers with a wide range of matters, including performance management, grievances, workplace investigations, and disciplinary processes.
In this role, you will become the go-to expert, providing invaluable advice, coaching, and support to our amazing team of people leaders and employees across Calvary Hospitals, Aged Care, and Home Care.

Your main duties will include: Interpret, provide advice and apply employment legislation policies and procedures.Provide accurate and timely advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees across all aspects of people and culture matters.Attend management and team meetings as required and share topical people and culture information, keeping abreast of and understanding current challenges facing Aged Care, Home Care, and Hospitals.Develop trusted relationships and counsel with our Managers.About you Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience in performance management, project management, workforce development, industrial/employee relations case management, and change management.Proven ability to interpret relevant industrial instruments such as Awards and Enterprise Agreements, including classifications and rates of pay.Highly-developed relationship management skills, including the ability to interact with, and gain cooperation from, internal and external stakeholders at various levels.For further information please contact Kylie Bridge, People & Culture Manager on 0482 917 685 or ****** Why work for Calvary?
