We are looking for an exceptional People and Culture Manager to lead our colleague experience and drive our people culture throughout our hosted home.
Reporting to the Group Director of People and Culture, your role will be incredibly exciting and varied, specifically looking after the Rooms, Spa, Membership and Back of House.
You will need to be forward thinking and creative, ready to explore new avenues to enable our colleagues and Managers to be the best they can be.
Liaising with the senior leadership team and management team to support in all their people needs, coaching and guidance with colleague relations and working closely with the Talent Attraction, Learning and Development and Colleague Experience teams to create and develop a strategy that fits with our culture, our values, our people experience that supports our vision to be a great place to work.
