People Analytics Lead

We are supporting a global leading FTSE 100 tech organisation in their search for a People Analytics Lead.
This role will run for an initial 3-5 month contract with potential to extend further, and will be looking to pay a day rate between £450-500 inside IR35.
Our client is looking for an experienced People Analytics Lead to come in and play an important role in driving people decisions alongside key stakeholders within the business.
The role also looks to deploy people reporting and analytical solutions across the company globally.
Experience Required: Experience of delivering HR Management information Proven strong analytical skills- Advanced Excel and experience of using Power BI data engineering and visualisation Experience in writing insight reports and presentations, analysing different data sets to answer business questions Oracle Cloud HCM experience would be beneficial This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Analytics Lead to join a global organisation going through an exciting period of transformation.
