Details of the offer

For us, tech has never been about just hardware or software. It's about people. It's our meaningful relationships, deep expertise and practical know-how in technology that drive what we do. We put our customers, our partners and the environment at the heart of everything we do and our people are the difference that make the difference.
At boxxe, we understand, we collaborate, we simplify, we care and we deliver; together we are making tech human.
Your Mission As an integral part of the People Team, you'll be responsible for leading on our day to day people processes, helping advise both managers and boxxers on all things 'people' related.
As a People team, we are committed to achieving operational excellence, and this role is vital to that success. We're seeking someone passionate about assessing our current practices and processes, making necessary improvements to ensure the team is set up for optimal performance.
What you'll be doing Provide guidance to managers on People policies, procedures, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with boxxe's culture and values. Oversee day-to-day People services, including family leave, probation, flexible working, and absence/performance management. Assist the People Coordinator with admin and payroll tasks, covering new joiners, leavers, contract changes, and absences. Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and absence management. Ensure best practice in people management, maintaining compliance with employment law and reducing risks to boxxe. Keep accurate records within the HR system (HiBob), provide reports, and support the creation of monthly People KPIs. Collaborate with Business Partners to analyse trends (e.g., turnover, sickness) and identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities. Develop, implement, and refine People policies and procedures. Work with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and manage day-to-day benefits. Support ad hoc projects in line with business needs and the wider People strategy. What experience we think you'll need
