Job description: As People Advisor you will be responsible for the following; Responsible for supporting change management programmes advising managers, taking notes and supporting with all aspects of implementing change.
Maintain and create project planning documentation and people related activity linked to our Change people assessments.
Supporting managers with employee consultation meetings through minute taking and ensuring completion of actions Planning and scheduling meetings Developing and preparing letters and processes to ensure delivery to plan and commitments.
Responsible for supporting managers with generalist advice, policy support, employee relations, including case management.
Provide guidance to line managers on implementation of change programmes.
Ensure processes are adhered to in line with employment law.
Advise line managers on employee change programmes and relations issues, in line with company policy and employment legislation, building effective relationships and partnerships with trade union representatives, colleagues and other key stakeholders Support with data capture and provide accurate data and statistics in a clear, concise format to ensure we are tracking our delivery to plans.
Support with other administrative or transactional requirements of the projects.
Profile description: What will make you successful in the role?
Experience of supporting people related projects in a HR capacity an operating at an Advisor level.
An employee relations knowledge, with some experience of managing ER cases.
Previous experience of working with Trade Unions is highly desirable but not essential.
Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
