People Advisor

Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our client to gain a People Advisor .
This full-time, permanent role is based in Havant and offered on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week in the office .
Guided by a highly supportive Head of People, you will be responsible for two HR Assistants and as a team will support and coach Managers of the business.
You will be expected to provide advice on the full employee lifecycle, including ER, employment law, recruitment, well-being initiatives, on-boarding performance management, organisational change, TUPE, etc.
This is a very varied and pure generalist HR role which will enable you to have full exposure to an HR function!
A Level 5 CIPD qualification is essential for this position, as is a full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
As a person you will have excellent communication and reporting skills, be reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about making a difference.
The ability to prioritise is a must as is a positive mindset!
This is a very busy role, and you will therefore have experience of working at pace.
The salary for this role will be between £28,000 and £32,000 depending on experience.
The hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.
