To be successful, you will provide accurate, timely, efficient and professional HR administration support to the various businesses, taking responsibility for routine and transactional activities such as data entry & reporting through our HRIS system.
This will help the team to ensure it continues to provide a responsive and effective service in line with our values and ethos.
We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, has great attention to detail and who is confident working within a busy commercial environment.Typical duties will be:To administer the HRIS system Wright People (elemensuite), entering relevant information in an accurate and timely mannerTo produce HR reports as requiredDrafting and placing adverts, acknowledging applicants, liaising with managers to organise interviews and offers etc.
Administer the onboarding process for new employees.Ensure accurate and timely communication with payroll where necessaryProvide day to day advice to managers and employees on general queries, Policies and Procedures, escalating more complex issues to the relevant People Partners Assist with note taking in meetings as requiredSupport with occupational health administration Ensure resignations are acknowledged in a timely manner and leavers process is correctly followedProvide references in accordance with company policy as requestedOrganise and facilitate work experience placementsContribute to HR projects General administration support to the team.
