Ruuby, the leading on-demand beauty services platform, is on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Lead to spearhead our hospitality sales initiatives and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will leverage their deep industry relationships in the hotel and spa space to scale Ruuby's presence within the industry.
Build and maintain new business opportunities in the hospitality sector through industry contacts and strategic outreach, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities
Sales Enablement: Develop tailored proposals and enablement materials that address the specific needs of each client, ensuring a high rate of conversion and client satisfaction while keeping your pipeline & CRM up to date.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the hospitality industry for trends and opportunities, leveraging insights to refine and adapt your strategy
Relationship Management: Ensure retention of your existing deals with support of our incredible concierge team to ensure we are driving the most value for and from our clients.

You have deep industry relationships across hospitality with 5+ years of experience in the hospitality OR luxury retail and beauty industries.
You'll be responsible for hunting your own leads and leading commercial negotiations to get deals done.
You'll have 3-5 years experience in B2B sales in the hotel and spa space.
