Your new company My client, a leading global organisation specialising in pensions, is seeking a team of 5 professional pension administrators to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role The roles are being offered full time from Monday to Friday with a hybrid model in place.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to Deliver agreed outputs as directed Complete complex benefit calculations Accurately check complex benefit calculations and prepare and produce standard and ad hoc reports.
Prioritise and manage your own workload to ensure that work is completed within agreed timeframes with clients.
Accurately check, update and maintain member data on systems as required.
Assist the Manager to ensure the output of the team is accurate and delivered within deadlines at all times.
Coach and mentor peer groups as required.
What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 2 years' experience of working with a combination of DB, DC and hybrid schemes Previous experience of working on projects, adhering to delivery timelines and agreed outputs.
Strong stakeholder management skills Advanced MS Word and Excel skills and the ability to manipulate data for analysis/reporting.
Previous working knowledge of pension buy-in's/out's and transition processes, GMP Projects and pension legislation is highly advantageous.
