Pension Transfer Project manager Role Type: Permanent Location: London or Bristol Hybrid Competitive salary, bonus and benefits Are you a Defined Benefit pensions professional with a knack for project management and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences?
We are looking for an individual with significant UK Defined Benefit experience to project manage and oversee the end-to-end process of transitioning bulk annuity business, ensuring seamless onboarding and robust operational control.
What You'll Do: End to end project management - onboarding new bulk annuity business Oversee the transfer of assets for new clients, planning asset transition and data migration for new business.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, from trustees to third-party administrators.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain robust audit trails.
Provide technical guidance on Defined Benefit scheme benefits and de-risking processes.
What You Bring: Technical expertise in DB pensions, including administration of deferred liabilities.
An understanding of DB de-risking administration requirements and how they differ from standard pensions administration.
Proven experience in project management or pension transfer implementations.
Excellent organisational skills, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines.
