Are you a Pensions professional with extensive knowledge across Defined Benefits arrangements where you can take on more technical responsibilities and lead in running, monitoring, and managing both ad-hoc and complex BAU projects?
Role responsibilitiesPartner very closely with one large client with a complex DB Pension arrangement and take the lead in running, monitoring, and managing both ad-hoc and complex BAU projectsContribute to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to increase end to end automation efficiencies and results with the aim of delivering operational self-sufficiencyUnderstand the links between data, calculations and multiple project streamsHelp with defined projects working with colleagues across multiple functions to facilitate a successful outcome.Interact with the client and their advisors on complex and technical queries to understand their requirementsRole requirementsExperience of working on a major client with a extensive and strong technical knowledge across DB Pension schemesAbility to analyse and manipulate data and assist with the production of bespoke reports for the client A proven background of working across a range of ad-hoc and complex BAU projectsPrevious experience of working closely with scheme calculations and automation processesBenefitsThe opportunity to work for a hugely successful and industry leading TPA where you can make a real difference to your client(s)Hybrid, flexible or remote working arrangementsStrong benefits package including basic salary, performance related bonus, PMI cover and much more
