We're seeking a passionate Project Manager with experience in the Pensions and Financial Services sector to join our client's dynamic home-based team.

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PENSION EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
What You'll Do: Drive successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
Lead and motivate teams while ensuring a positive project culture.
Oversee a variety of projects, including regulatory changes, system updates, and client onboarding.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the pension lifecycle, including annual cycles, increases, and calculations.
Ensure effective collaboration between Business Analysts and Senior Project Managers.
Maintain project governance by preparing project plans and producing PRINCE documents, risk logs, and action logs.
Engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring strong management and communication.
What We're Looking For: At least 2 years of project management experience in the pensions sector.
Strong understanding of the pensions lifecycle and project governance.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
PRINCE2 certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
What's on offer: Salary range: £40 – 67K depending on experience.
