The Pension Audit Manager will collaborate closely with clients, committed to providing a specialist pensions service and delivering advisory focused projects.
You will plan and lead audit engagements, reviewing files and completing sign-off as well as delivering bespoke technical advice and recommendations.
Beyond the day-to-day, the Pension Audit Manager will provide input into the wider growth strategy of the firm and cross-functional teams.
You'll shape and drive the next stages of the continuous growth strategy.

Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing a portfolio of pension audits, plan and administer audit procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards Managing the audit team, ensuring timely completion, monitoring turnaround and completing reviews and sign off on files Reviewing financial data, highlighting areas of risk and providing recommendations and guidance to clients Support cross-function teams, contributing to the ongoing improvement of audit processes Requirements: A qualified (ACCA or ACA) pensions audit professional, currently at an Executive, Senior, Assistant Manager or Manager level with experience of leading audit engagements Technically strong, with full working knowledge or pension regulation and SORP A client-focused mindset, that is keen to network and build client relationships What's on offer: A starting salary up to £60,000 depending upon experience Flexible hybrid working, accommodating personal commitments from day one Professional development opportunities along with career progression 25 days holidays, extra day for Christmas plus option to purchase additional days Private health insurance and life insurance Contributory pensions scheme Regular company and team social events A diverse, inclusive working culture Register your interest by applying today or call Richard on (phone number removed) to discuss this opportunity further, always in complete confidence.
