The Role Lead a team of pensions administrators in servicing member and client queries related to DB and DC pension schemes.
Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure service level agreements and performance standards are met.
Deputise for the Team Leader in their absence.
Provide technical guidance and support on non-standard cases and complex issues.
Mentor and train junior colleagues, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Assist with project work, including complaints handling, and identify areas for improvement in our client and member service.
Ensure targets and deadlines are met, and continuously evaluate our service delivery to clients and members.
Requirements Proven experience in administering occupational pension schemes.
Ability to coach and support less experienced colleagues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal abilities.
Effective time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
