Our client, a leading UK law firm, is seeking a Practice Development Lawyer to join its Employment and Immigration team.The primary focus of this role is to create high-quality, engaging, and practical content for its award-winning HR and employment law platform.
This requires a strong grasp of employment law and exceptional writing skills to convert complex legal concepts into clear, accessible content tailored for HR professionals and business leaders.Key Responsibilities:Develop, update, and enhance practical employment law content for diverse audiences.Support business growth through marketing, subscription management, and performance analysis.Assist with research, training materials, and technology initiatives.Candidates should have at least 5+ years' PQE in employment law with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts into user-friendly resources.
The role also involves supporting the team with research, training, and contributing to the growth of the platform.The part-time role (3 days per week, with flexibility depending on experience) can be based in any of the firm's offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen or Inverness.
