Pdi Technician

Job DescriptionMy Client is a main car dealership based in Arlesey and they are currently looking to recruit a PDI Technician to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out pre delivery inspections to new and used vehicles to the highest possible standardCarry out diagnostics and updates to vehicles, using the latest manufactured diagnostic equipmentFitment of manufacturer accessories, tow bar, fog lights, number plates etc.Completing road tests for quality controlInterpret job cards, complying with instructions and stipulated settings and tolerances from manufacturers' manuals, bulletins, check sheets, etc.Accurately report and record work done and tests carried out and to immediately report any works required or vehicle faultsLiaise with the parts department on requirements Experience, skills and attributes: Ability to achieve high productivity and efficiency Must be NVQ Level 2 qualifiedPrevious experience is desirableFull driving licenceA high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail Team player with a positive and can-do attitude Self-motivated and customer focused Excellent communication skillsAbility to deliver customer distinction at all times Salary: Negotiable due to experienceLocation: Unit 1, Arlesey Business Park, Mill Lane, Arlesey, Bedfordshire.
